This page covers how we handle the details you send us when you ask for an estimate. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, and optionally your email, address, the trade you need, and a short note about the house. We use that to call you back about the job. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
How we use it
Someone from the crew uses your number and email to schedule an inspection or a tarp. If you ticked the form, we may also text you about that same estimate. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to insurers or other contractors unless you ask us to talk to your adjuster on a storm claim.
How long we keep it
We keep an estimate request long enough to quote the job and follow up. If you want it deleted, call 267-881-8101 or email office@avonexteriors.com and we will take you off the list.
Texts and calls
Standard message rates apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or tell the person you speak to. We answer the phone during working hours. Storm tarp calls are handled first.
