Do these four things in order. Do not get on the roof yourself, and do not let anyone start a repair before the damage is photographed.
How we handle the claim
- We photograph and measure the roof and write it up the way an adjuster reads it.
- We meet the adjuster on site and send the photos straight to them.
- You pay your deductible. We bill the rest to the carrier at the approved scope.
- If the claim is denied and the roof is sound, we tell you that instead of selling you a roof.

- 04Open the claim with your insurerGet a claim number and the adjuster's name. Give them our number and we will deal with them directly.
How the job runs

You get the same sequence whether it is a repair or a full replacement. No stage starts before you have said yes to the one before it.
- 01InspectionWe get on the roof, look under the shingles, and take photos you get to keep.
- 02EstimateA written price with the materials named. It holds for 30 days from the date on the letter.
- 03ScheduleA date, and a call the day before. Weather moves it, nothing else does.
- 04InstallTear-off, deck repairs, underlayment, flashing, shingles. Most houses in a day.
- 05CleanupDumpster gone the same day and the yard run over with a magnet for nails.
- 06WarrantyPaperwork for the manufacturer cover and ours, in writing. Five years on labor. Manufacturer warranty on the shingles, handed over before we start.
